• Drafting a specification, and contract structures (what is the kit supposed to do, who is responsible for what, and what happens if it goes wrong?)
• Meeting with potential suppliers to explore options in detail
• Obtaining a range of competitive quotes
• Helping you choose your preferred supplier
• Managing installation on site to ensure that you, the client, get what you paid for.

Managing installation includes ensuring that the design is installed to specification, that the site is operated safely, the installation is commissioned properly, and that any amendments to specification, pricing, or contracts are appropriate. This service includes managing your obligations under the Construction Design & Management regulations.
